• You can use a cloning block like WavLink where you plug both drives in and push a button to clone. Or you can purchase Software like EaseUS software with a adapter.

• I have recently used EasUs Todo cloning software from old HD to SSD. Perfect result first time and very easy to use. FYI I use optimize for SSD and sector to sector clone option (under advance setting) work well for me, but takes long time 7hr, so start it overnight. It has 15 day free trial at least home edition (I used). So it is kind of free. I hope this help.
