• SSD refers to Solid State Drive, it’s internal components no longer have a spinning disk. The Sata interface is the cable connection. That is likely what you are asking. And yes Sata is Sata. It will work.

• Any system that uses a standard 2.5 or 3.5 SATA drive should be able to support this drive

• That list would be too large to publish. These drives will fit into 99.999% of modern computers. The exception would be the new laptops that use the new M.2 NVMe Interface.
