“Does anyone know if this will work in a Dell E6430 laptop?”

• I realize this answer is quite late now, but I can verify the "PNY - Model: SSD7CS900-500-RB" does work in a Dell E6430. However, when installing Windows 10 Pro I had to initially set the BIOS up as Legacy. Then after Windows was fully installed, I used the MBR2GPT utility to convert the drive from MBR to GPT. Then went back into the BIOS and changed the bootup from Legacy to UEFI (without Secure Boot).

• It should. In looking online, the 6430 is a SATA interface 2.5 in drive, so this will fit. It even looks like it's an easy slide in replacements.
