No , sorry this will NOT work with your laptop. Yours is an eMMC SSD. Your looking for an NVME M.2 drive. They look like a stick of chewing gum and perform the best out of Solid State drives. They sell these as well at Best Buy.

It doesn't look like this drive will fit into your notebook.

This will not work as an internal drive to your Lenovo N22. Your Lenovo N22 uses what they call NGFF (Next Generation Form Factor) now called M.2 interface.

You should be able to use it but I would check with the Geek Squad and then have them install it and move your data from your current hard drive to the new hard drive.

USB is an universal port therefore if you have a standard USB on your computer will work.
