• A:Answer I bought this for a student in our office who was creating videos for us on her Mac. We bought this for the Mac and PC dual compatibility. I know her storage on her Mac was limited, so I am guessing that she viewed them from the drive itself. However, I am not 100% sure of the answer. This student has graduated and is no longer is our office for me to ask.
