“What do the color of the memory cards indicate?”

• As far as I know, the color of the memory card has no particular meaning. Look at the specs for the card. How fast are read and write operations. Class 10 is one of the best but even those can vary. I picked this one for it's read/write speed specs. I needed a fast card for recording videos on a dash cam.

• As far as I know, the color is pretty much chosen by the vendor. I have other 16GB class 10microsd memory cards which are blue, and they seem to perform the same.

• Nothing really. There is no color code for memory cards. It is simply a way to tell them apart. If all cards were one color it would be very confusing.
