“Can this run off 550 watts as long as i dont push the card too hard?”

• The recommended PSU is 550w and the actual power draw should be around 208 max so you should be fine. Personally I like going higher watt for my PSU like 750w but that would be a little overkill.

• Not a good idea. The card itself recommends a 650W or higher power supply. Remember it's not just the card but every component that uses the power supply so if the system is pulling too much something is going to break. If you really want to see how much your pc pulls you can enter it into pcpartpicker and it will add up all the wattage your system will need.
