Q: Can this run off 550 watts as long as i dont push the card too hard?
A: The recommended PSU is 550w and the actual power draw should be around 208 max so you should be fine. Personally I like going higher watt for my PSU like 750w but that would be a little overkill.

Q: Will this video card work on 3.0 PCI Express?
A: Yes it will. Most gen 4 are backwards compatible and a minor if any performance hit
A: I dont see a problem with the temps at idle mine stays around 32 to 36 degrees celsius and under a load gpu running 2070MHz it never has gotten over 65 celsius I think its a good deal considering the higher end 3070'S are way more expensive in the photo shows the metrics of this system
Q: Does the GeForce RTX light up too?
A: It looks like it should but it does not light up. I've watched several build videos with this card and from what I can tell that's just printed onto the aluminum.
