Yes, because video editing relies heavily on the CPU (depending on the editing software) to render and the GPU for the graphical interface it will work fine! It will edit HD great and it will edit 4k ok to decent (I wouldn't try 6k or higher though...) Hope this helps :) (I have the Nvidia brand of this GPU if that helps [there both the same though])
