• That's plenty to serve the card if your MoBo is not already overloaded with add-on hardware. But you can bump up to a 300W PSU for between $25 and $35

• The card doesn't know or care what your power supply is. It only has to have the proper voltage at the slot on the motherboard. Your motherboard just needs (as pretty much all motherboards do) to deliver 12V to its internals.
