Will this work with a Dell Optiplex 990? null

Yes, it comes with brackets for 1/2 height case if that the version of 990 you have or full height. there are a lot of version of Dell Optiplex 990.. cases sizes vary a lot. I used this card in a small 1/2 height case to get 2 monitors working on the computer.
