• I would think so. I multiboot with Windows 10, Windows 7 and many Linux systems and all on the same desktop and it works with all of them. You would just need to use the install CD for all of the drivers.

• OS won't matter, may need a different driver. Check your hardware though. Make sure your power supply is 450w+. Should also have a quad core processor.
