Mine took about 9 days or less for Best Buy to process. The same thing happened to me, but I just played the waiting game and the status eventually progressed. Anyway, this card is very good at games. It runs many modern games like DOOM on Ultra 1080p at 60fps. It's a very mighty card for the price so enjoy it!
