A: Mine took about 9 days or less for Best Buy to process. The same thing happened to me, but I just played the waiting game and the status eventually progressed. Anyway, this card is very good at games. It runs many modern games like DOOM on Ultra 1080p at 60fps. It's a very mighty card for the price so enjoy it!
Q: Will this card work in a Dell Inspiron 3650? I want to replace the Intel HD 630 graphics card.

A: It depends on your cpu. Lets just say you have at least a dual core with hyperthreading or above the graphics card will help you go up to where you want it to go like 1080p high settings. If you were to put it on an older cpu you most likely experience bottlenecking and your games will play worse. To stream you need a good cpu not a graphics card.
A: Check and see if it can your computer has an open PCIe slot. I know some Dell computers tend to be small form factor computers, and cant always take a full-size card. If this is the case, you may have to look for a low profile version of the card. Newer cards also tend to have a lower power requirement, your power supply should be sufficient.
