• This card has 3 Display ports, 1-HDMI and 1-DVD-I port. you can attach 4 monitors using the 3 Display ports and the one DVD-I port. make sure you get the right adapters to connect your monitors, for some reason I had to use the DVD-I port and 2 display ports to get my 3 monitor system to work. Good luck, it's a great card at a good price.
