- Answer To charge the battery use the cable included in the packaging l, insert the micro usb end into the battery and then insert the usb side into your power source. After an hour or so the battery should be at full charge where you can chane out the cable for your lighting cable and viola you have your working power pack for your iPhone

- Answer Once you plug the charger pack into your device you'll need to press the slender black button under the blue lights. The ones that's show you how much charge you have.

QuestionIs it good for the i-phone 4?Got T2600 as a gift. Instructions are not clear. Says it is precharged. If I push the button, 3 lights come on. Plugged it into my i-phone 4 and it is not charging my battery. Are the lights on when you are charging?

Questionis the first light supposed to come on soon as up plug the charger in the outlet?Just purchased this today. First I charged it once the 3 lights came on. 2 were already done when I opened it. Then I charged my phone till the lights went out. Now I plugged it into recharge. Does it take a while for the first light to come on if you plug it in with no lights or was the first light supposed to come on soon as I plugged it in. I pressed the button and the light didn't come on. I hope it's not defective after one use.

- Answer It will take a bit for 1st light to come on but not long. It charges all 3 dots pretty quick too. If any issue, take back and Best Buy will work w/you.
