QuestionHow the heck are we supposed to buy this?! No options online to order and pick-up in-store, or to ship it straight to your house and you can't call to find out if your closest store actually got any instock! So how do we actually get our hands on it??

- Answer 95% sure employees are hiding them and or selling to other places. I was there release day and they claimed they never got any and went back later and an employee said “we only got a few and they were purchased right away” yet I was second in line with my daughter. Went back last night as “L” was stocking and she said they didn’t get any again. I plan on being there every morning when they open until my daughter gets one. Be prepared staff

QuestionThey did not have any pokemon this morning, unless it was being held in the back. A known pokemon collecting employee said they did not have any. Good luck if you are able to show up and find any pokemon TCG product.

- Answer No pre-orders unfortunately. Its in-store only meaning you have to go to a Best Buy, hope they have it, and possibly wait in line to get one on release day.

- Answer This will be available on release day at a location that has them in store. Not all stores will have these though. And you can't order it as of now.

- Answer 1. Its always 1 for 95% of pokemon products. Except for some smaller products may be 3, and single packs can vary to a limit of 4 or 8.

- Answer You need to go to a Best Buy and hope they have it in stock on release day. Some locations may not have it though. But this is an in-store only release.

QuestionCan we order by phone with Best Buy to help offset the cheating shopping bots issue and will Best Buy finally limit one per customer and shipping address? Does Best Buy prefer shopping bots that spend 10's of thousands over the single purchase customer?

- Answer No. For many of these, Best Buy typically will have it as in-store only, or will do an invitation to be able to get a chance to order it.
