- Answer Chain stores don't care where the product goes once the customer buys it. Stores that do however will mainly be more smaller, locally owned card stores. They tend to have a stricter policy when it comes to this.

- Answer Currently, there is inventory in many stores that have not been allocated for pre order, and will be there the day of release. It is unclear if this inventory will be able to be ordered the day of release online, or if it will be available to in store customers.

QuestionWas at BestBuy yesterday morning at opening for Prismatic Evolutions. Told no release yesterday but would be released tomorrow morning at opening (10am). Just checked website to confirm and says SOLD OUT at 7am!!! What's going on??

- Answer Same thing happened to me I called night before 10 mins before closing dude from customer service told me they had stock and gave me the address to the store. I show up the next morning being the first person and everything is restocked except for the Prismatic ETBs I ask the front desk and they’re completely sold out so I wasted my time and money. The employees are scalping them should be illegal and they should be prosecuted.
