• Yes, you get it right away when you register the ball to your game. it shows up as an in game gift. I believe its only once, so be sure to save it after you do it.

• You need to download it from the pokeball plus controller but as soon as you can get to a pokecenter you can get Mew.

• Your going need to transfer Mew from the Pokeball Plus to the game to play Mew
