It doesn't have interval timing nor a stop watch. But you are able to program an alarm through the polar app to alarm directly from the watch it will vibrate and give you the option to close or snooze .:)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think you can do intervals. The alarm must be set from the phone. Pro tip-after you set the alarm on the phone, you have to go back to the apps home screen to sync properly. this is an example of the rather poor documentaiton

When one reaches the end of one, the A360 will vibrate on your wrist alerting you as the user to either speed up or slow down depending on what your next time target is.
