• Yes it comes with an adjustable strap. It's stretchy and very comfortable.

• Yes it does come with a chest strap that is surprisingly comfortable. I usually forget that I have it on. You can just wear the chest strap without the watch at the gym if you are working out on a machine that has heartrate monitor sensors. Your heartrate will automatically appear on the screen without using the heartrate monitor sensor handles.

• The chest strap is included. Don't be intimidated by it. It's fairly easy to adjust, works well, and is not uncomfortable.

• The strap is not cheap around the actual watch portion however the individual notches. Mine has yet to break however and I have had it over a year.
