Q: Questiondoes this have a function that will alert me when I go under desired heart rate and when I exceed heart rate I want to be at? And also is it a set...watch and sensor?

• A:Answer The FT60 has 3 heart rate zones that can each be customized. If one were to choose to exercise within just one zone for a particular day, you could 'lock' onto that zone where upon the watch would alert you to either speed up or slow down relative to the zone values.
