• Yes, it should come with the strap and the H1 heart rate sensor. If you want to upload your data to Polar you have buy the Polar FlowLink unit to plug into the USB port on your computer. You don't need to upload the data to use the watch but it's pretty cool.

• Yes, this comes with an elastic strap and should be worn for proper operation of the heart monitor.
