• There are 2 versions of the M400 that are available. One of which includes the H7 heart rate sensor and strap - Mike @ Polar USA

• There are two versions of this watch. One comes with the bluetooth H7 heart rate monitor and one without. The best indicator is the price. If you search the Best Buy website you'll see two M400 watches. The more expensive should include the strap.

• yes it is included in the one i have. i think it does have the option of not having one, what i saw is the cheaper one does not have the strap.
