• Not sure about the weight limit but it can handle my A6300 with Kit lens. Just make sure that everything is tight as the last thing that you need is your expensive camera falling.

• It is for dslrs for basic shoots if you're using lenses that are 3 times the weight of the camera I'd not recommend this.
