- Answer Yes, the tripod ABSOLUTELY will. You will need to grab a smartphone tripod mount, which only costs a couple dollars, and Best Buy usually has them in stock. You can also get even nicer ones online as well.

QuestionWow, are the specs on this right? It is only 68 pounds? Will the solid lead construction, then, be a safety issue?

- Answer I have not actually weighed the tripod, but the weight in the specs is a typo. I would say it is probably 6.8 pounds, certainly not 68.8!!! F.Y.I.-As far as I know, there is no lead in the construction.

QuestionIs this tripod good for video also? My son will be taking pictures and videos with a rebel t5i. Just looking for a starter, we can always upgrade later if necessary.

- Answer It's good for video if you don't need to turn the camera angle during shooting a lot. It doesn't swivel very fluidly.

- Answer Not sure about the weight limit but it can handle my A6300 with Kit lens. Just make sure that everything is tight as the last thing that you need is your expensive camera falling.

- Answer No, this tripod does not include any levelers and is the one issue I've had with it. Difficult to get Just right. I use mine for a microprojector that I have and can be difficult to get perfectly level.
