“I am unable to extract my pictures from the memory card. Any ideas? I attached to my hard drive and turned on the camera and it shows it's empty even though I've taken pictures.”

Try taking the card out and accessing the memory card directly with computer. Be sure that before using your card is ready to use. If you've used a previously used card and have not reset it on Device that you were using it on then the card may not work correctly when using it on another device.

Please try again later.eject SD card from your camera and insert SD card into your computer. an icon for the SD card should appear on your PC; click on that icon and choose to view files. On some PCs you may have to open "PC" or "Control Center" to view the SD card. (many printers from past few years also have slots for SD cards and a small window to view prints. inserting into your PC is still better in most cases.)
