“I have had my flashlight for over a year now. recently when I turn it on in the brightest setting, it shuts off after about 10 seconds. I have replaced the batteries to no avail. Is this in some type of "demo mode," or do I have a defective flashlight?”

• Clean the battery contacts and recharge the unit. Use Caig contact cleaner.
