Insane to me that Best Buy is asking their customers to do their job for them!! Hire people and pay them a wage to answer these questions instead of sending your paying customers an email to do so!! Absolutely unbelievable!! What do you do when your customer that post the question does not get an answer? Do you, at the very least, follow up and provide them an answer or do you just simply continue to ignore your responsibility to do your own job and answer the questions of your paying customer?
