The center channel works on the optical out, the sub receives it's signal via blue tooth from the center channel speaker. You could adjust to a different preset or increase the base volume with the remote to get more base during movies.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I figured it out! You have to activate the dolby digital by turning on the optical sound output on your t.v. or cable box. Otherwise you wont get the full dolby digital surround sound feature through the soundbar. You'll see it when the light turns from white to green. It took me 4 hours to figure it out but at least it works. I honestly thought it was broken. This could be the cause of a lot of customers saying the sound didnt seem to be all that great because they didnt know how to activate that feature of the soundbar. They werent getting the surround sound feature with the wireless base. It works wonderful now with great sorround sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only optical
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The TV must be connected to the soundbar using the optical cable and the subwoofer connected to the soundbar using Bluetooth.
