“Having an issue with the subwoofer. While watching tv, anything spoken gets extra bass. I have my laptop hooked up to the tv as well, all spotify music and youtube bass sounds fine.”

on the remote you can turn down the bass, or select a different preset sound setting from the 6 buttons on the bottom of the remote, should clear up the extra bass issues.
