I can barely hear my subwoofer what did I do wrong null

I faced the same issue with my brand new unit. This is a very mediocre entry level sound bar with poor sound quality and weak bass. There are much better sound bars out there. Lots of other people have complained about the sub woofer being soft.

Seems to get loud for music I hit button but does not change
