“When you turn the TV off before turning off the unit the Sub-Bass woofer becomes unpaired, thus causing the user to have to re-pair the device every time that happens. Is this normal behavior or defective?”

• No it is not. I do not have to do that with mine. I've only ever paired it the one time at the beginning.
