QuestionI recently purchased a new tv TCC 55s425 and I have a Polk sound bar model signa s1. Tried to hook up optical cable from sound bar to tv. Optical plug is different plug in on tv. Bought a cable for ear phones on tv and it fit sound bar. But no sound.

- Answer I have found that I can turn the subwoofer down independently from the sound bar. Yours should work the same way. Just look at the remote buttons and you should see the separate option.

QuestionAfter a half year of using sigma S1 i hear randomly beeping. Sometimes its quite sometimes loud. I tried to reconnect or unplug and i still hear that sound. Can u tell what can i do about IT ?
