“I have a Polk Audio Max SR sound bar system. It was working fine until the other day when it went off line. I reset the system by pressing the button on the back. Now the subwoofer and surround speakers do not work. Please advise.”

• Did you rerun setup? sounds like you need to resync all the wireless components.

• You need to download the manual and pair the subwoofer and the surround speakers to the sound bar and that should fix it.
