“Why am I getting always no bass sound with my Polk mini system subwoofer? I can hear the bass if I put my ear next to it, but there is definitely no depth of sound here. Disappointed. I have the bass volume turned all the way up. It does almost nothing.”

Sorry no idea. It produces loads of bass even when bass is set at flat position. Do you have port/hole in bottom of sub facing down towards the floor?
