you need to change the HDMI ARC setting in your TV to on.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Late to this Q. If your issue is like mine, the problem is the speaker. I tried HDMI Arc. It worked sporadically. I switched to the optical cable. Mostly worked but STILL the sound will not work then it resolves itself after 20 mins. Think Bluetooth will work? Nope. It cannot maintain a connection. Polk screwed up with tech communication through and through. AVOID BUYING.
