• Yes you can. In fact if you get a new Samsung TV with the bluetooth remote, it automatically control the sound bar as if it was part of the TV.

• Sorry, don't know the answer as I don't use Bluetooth. However, there is a Bluetooth button on the Polk unit and the Samsung TV is a smart TV. My suggestion would be go into store and ask that question -- they are very helpful.
