• You can turn down the bass with the remote. The remote has a bass volume button.

• The soundbar was not loud enough and pushing all the Up buttons did not make it any louder. Then I discovered that the power cord had come loose from the back of the woofer. Once it was firmly attached, the sound was full …. Too loud till turned down . Looks like you NEED the woofer to get enough sound
