“I can’t get any sound from the sub woofer when connecting to either of my receivers. How do I need to connect it. I have been connecting it with a rca cable. I have a y cable connected to the sub inputs. Onkyo TX-SR607 and TX-SR393 Receivers PSW10.”

• RCA LFE(subwoofer out from receiver). RCA LFE (in from receiver) If the sub does not power on, a setting within the receiver will need to be changed.

• What kind of a connection do you have in the back of the 607? I have a 696 and love it. Not sure why you are connecting to both, or am I misunderstanding?
