A:Answerif you are looking for power this is not the one it's just a nice little sub to go along with a big one that has plenty of power if you're solely relying on this to power your home theater on music system you might be disappointed
A:AnswerI assume that you more than likely have this figured out by now, but I am not familiar with the Acoustimass series, to be able to help, but maybe .
A:AnswerIt depends on the room size, I have both the 10” & the 12”. The 10” sub is great for a medium size i.e. 30’x30 room. Anything larger than that I would recommend the 12”sub.
A:AnswerI have one and I love it. The room is about 30 x 30 and it’s great but my receiver has two sub woofer outputs. I just might get another one to put me over-the-top
A:AnswerThe PWS10 has passive loudspeaker pass-through. As your speakers are active/powered, it is a better idea to connect them to a receiver with pre-outs. The sub-woofer needs to connect to the LFE (sub-woofer) output of your receiver if it is to receive the discrete LFE signal of any surround signal presented by your surround sound sources.
A:AnswerSounds good, but going through the headphone jack might not be enough power for the sub, and the splitter will more than likely not handle the out put
A:AnswerHello, the Polk Audio PSW10 subwoofer allows for 2 types of connections. RCA or Speaker level input. If running an AV receiver, connect the subwoofer to the LFE pre out(subwoofer pre out) from the receiver to the Subwoofer via RCA subwoofer cable. Connecting to a stereo receiver with no sub out, use the speaker level inputs. Your front speakers can connect to the subwoofers speaker level out or to your stereo receiver. Polk Audio offers wonderful speakers from small satellite speakers to large floor standing speakers.
A:AnswerYes Its possible you can purchase a splitter if need be to hook up both powered subs to tun them simultaneously. As long as your reciever has enough space for single cra inputs or like I mentioned you can purchase a splitter then you can hookup multiple subs I have done this sonI know either way will work.
A:Answerthat's going to depend on what the soundbar has for hookups. I personally have not tried that. that might be possible to route the sub through the usual connection and then put the sound bar on an auxiliary connection, but I don't think you can wire them through the system with each one going to the tv. could be wrong though. that would also depend on the tv you have.
A:AnswerThis is a single 100-watt peak capacity subwoofer with a frequency response ranging from 35 Hz to 200 Hz and an 8-ohm impedance level. This subwoofer features one-way construction and Bi-Wiring audio inputs.
