“I have two of these subs connected to a Yamaha receiver. For some reason, the subs are turning themselves off on low volumes. I have tried changing Hz on both the subs and receiver & bass levels and they are still shutting down at low volume levels.”

• The adjustment is in the receiver. You may have it turned down too low. The subs get their signal to turn off from the receiver so check that first.
