Hi I looked at the speakers that you have the klipsch multimedia 2.1 the subwoofer rattles ( hate that myself ) so your question is if you can use this sub the Polk psw 108 ( yeah this sub is pretty awesome ) unfortunately no this system the klipsch is built to work together the main connection that looks something like a dvi connection thats connected to the main volume/subwoofer volume speaker is the main connection to the sub that dvi looking connection on the sub is the main connection to all three speakers working together there's a crossover built in to that connection within the subwoofer crossover is basically this it takes a full range signal and divides it in three high frequency, midrange frequency, and low (bass) frequency so that wire that you connect to the subwoofer goes through the crossover bass ( the low end part ) goes the the subwoofer and it the other two signals midrange and high frequency go to the other connected out on the subwoofer that says out to speakers this sub doesn't have that dvi looking connection input so unfortunately no you can't incorporate this subwoofer in this all in one system hope this helps
