Hello, try placing the subwoofer closer to the Soundbar for pairing. Once paired, relocate the wireless subwoofer to its desired location.

My helper held the subwoofer button down for the three seconds and I used the remote button for the Bluetooth. After several tries it finally paired, and it has made a real difference in sound quality with it being especially good in terms of hearing dialogue.
