“We have a Sharp Aquos LC—C4067UN (older tv) and recently bought the Polk S2. We cannot get sound for Netflix, HULU, etc., through the Firestick, only TV. What are we doing wrong? Any ideas on how to get it working?”

Wow, interesting problem I can't imagine could be due to the S2. Does your TV's settings allow you to direct sound to the TV's speakers, HDMI, USB, or Bluetooth? There is one point of emphasis in the Quick Start Guide saying to be sure the TV's speakers are OFF. If that doesn't work, you've got a problem I think you're going to be surprised by the solution or explanation, if there is one.
