Not sure what you mean by this. Do you have the sound bar bluetooth’d to your tv? I have not had any issues with bluetooth’ng to my phone but for the tv I connected it right to the soundbar. Works very well. I do know after awhile of not using the bar the it will shut off. And when turning it on there is a slight delay but all in all I have not had any issues. Not sure if this helps. Try connecting straight to the tv instead, if you can.
