“This polk signa S2 sound bar pops, kinda like static electricity, when changing channels it is not all the time but I can feel the vibration in the sound bar when it does it. What is wrong?”

Connect the Sound Bar via HDMI ARC if possible. Power cycle both the Sound Bar and the TV by unplugging both from the outlet. This will reestablish the CEC between the TV and Sound Bar.
