how is it connected
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Also having the same lag time problem with my 4k 65 inch Samsung TV and the Polk S2 sound bar. In fact once I turn off the the then turn on again, there is a 50 50 change I will need to reset the sound bar. I was told the it is an Samsung issue with anything that is connected to Samsung Smart TV's. this is what you have to do to reset it. Go to the samsung settings, Cliik on General, Click on External Device Manager, Click on Anynet + HDMI (click on it to turn the green button off then click to have it reappear. exit out. Then wait for the sound bar to connect. The bar will go from 4 green lights to 3 then 2 and finally 1 before the sound will work. Make sure you have lowered the TV sound itself. your cable remote should now have the Sound bar on it so you can use it to raise and lower the volume. Hope this helps.

I don't know if I am allowed to put a link here to help you but here it is https://www.popsci.com/story/diy/fix-audio-delay-soundbar-tv/ I helped a friend the other day. The Netflix on her TV had sound lag. I googled and found one solution that worked. Turn off the TV and unplug the cord for 3 minutes. It worked. However, your problem is a bit more complicated. I hope the link helps you, if not call the Geek squad.
