“When I am using my Polk sound bar with Alexa, the sound bar will stay active and listening for an additional minute or 2. It reduces the volume of the show I am watching and I cant get it to stop listening. Any ideas?”

• Once you finish with your question for Alexa, try asking her to stop or go home. Also, check the Amazon Alexa app settings>device settings> and turn off the Follow-up mode.
