“I purchase the polk signa s2 and the soundbar works but the subwoofer doesn't. I have tried resetting it and when you turn it on it beeps when the green light is flashing but doesn't work after the green light stops flashing. How can I fix this?”

I assume you're following the procedure on the bottom right column of page 1 of the Quick Start Guide. If that doesn't get your Subwoofer going, you might have a bad unit.
